Penne with Creamy Garlic Sauce

5 1/3 cups penne rigate, uncooked
2 TBSP Butter
2 lg. cloves garlic, minced
2 TBSP flour
3/4 cup ready to serve chicken/beef broth
3/4 cup Milk
2 TBSP dried parsley flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
1/3 cup grated Parmesan Cheese

Cook pasta accordingly, drain. Meanwhile in a small sauce pan, melt Butter and add garlic, cook over medium heat for one minute.

Add flour, cook one minute, stirring constantly. Stir in broth and Milk. Cook until sauce thickens, add parsley, salt, pepper and Cheese.

Stir until Cheese in melted. Toss hot pasta with sauce, serve immediately.
