New York Cherry Cheesecake
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 TBSP sugar
3 TBSP melted Butter
5 (8 ox. ) pkgs. Cream Cheese
1 cup sugar
3 TBSP flour
1 TBSP vanilla
1 cup Sour Cream
4 eggs
1 can (20 oz.) cherry pie filling
Mix crumbs, 3 tablespoons of sugar and
Butter. Press firmly into 9 inch pan.
Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes. Beat
Cream Cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla
with mixer, until well blended. Add
Sour Cream, mix well. Add eggs 1 at a
time, mixing on low speed until well blended. Pour over crust.
Bake at 325 degrees for 65 minutes or until center is almost
set. Loosen cake from rim, cool before removing rim. Refrigerate
for at least 4 hours or overnight. Spread cherries overtop and
garnish with chocolate curls. Serve and enjoy!
