Delicious Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup Butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup whole-wheat flour
1 1/4 cups white flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 cups oats
2/3 cup vanilla Yogurt
1 cup raisins
Beat brown sugar, Butter,
and vanilla for one minute. Add eggs, cinnamon, and salt and
beat another 30 seconds. Add in the flour, baking soda, oats,
Yogurt, and raisins
and beat until well mixed. Drop by spoonful on greased cookie
sheet. Beat at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
These cookies are great for mid-morning snack or even a
breakfast substitute if you're running late. This is the perfect
snack to pair with a tall glass of
Milk.
