Corn Chowder

3/4 cup chopped onion
2 TBSP Butter
1 cup diced potatoes (cooked)
1 cup diced ham
2 cups of corn
1 can cream-style corn
1 can cream-of-mushroom soup
2 1/2 cups Milk
Salt, pepper, parsley

Sauté onion in Butter until tender. Add other ingredients. Bring to a boil. Once it begins to boil, reduce heat to a simmer for 20-30 minutes.

Serves 8-10.
