Broccoli Salad
6 stalks broccoli
1 large red onion, chopped
1/2 lb. bacon
1 cup Cheddar Cheese
Salt and pepper
Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar
2 TBSP vinegar
Cut flowerets from broccoli. Soak in ice water for two hours to
make crisp. Drain. Add large chopped red onion, 1/2 lb.
crisp-cooked bacon and 1 cup grated sharp
Cheddar Cheese. Salt and pepper to
taste.
Mix together ingredients for dressing and add to salad one to
two hours before serving.
