Baked Macaroni and Cheese
2 cups cooked macaroni
3 1/3 cups Milk
1 lb. Sharp Cheese
1 lb. Monterey Jack Cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
5 slices of bread
Cook macaroni until they are soft, then drain, rinse off with
water and place in large baking pan. Heat on stove top:
Milk,
Cheese and salt,
until all Cheese is
melted. Then pour melted mixture over macaroni. Add pepper and
small pieces of bread on top of the macaroni and
Cheese for flavor.
Then bake at 400 degrees for one hour. Let cool and enjoy!
Serves 8.
